Bio

In 2009, Beau Patrick Bedford left Atlantic Records Recording artist Jonathan Tyler & the Northern Lights to pursue his dream of producing artists. Within the year, Bedford released an EP with soul and R&B artist Larry Gee, to critical acclaim. Larry was quickly invited on to The Van’s Warped Tour and was asked to follow the tour up with a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where Larry and Beau, along with their 10 piece Dallas based funk band, performed their songs “Yo Mama” and “Camera Phone”. This was the second time a Bedford co-write had been featured on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the first being Jonathan Tyler’s performance of “Pardon Me”. Beau then produced Dovetail’s “Mount Karma” which was quickly picked up by OK GOOD! Records in NYC and nationally released in 2013. Beau’s production and songwriting have been featured all across the south with country artist Phil Hamilton’s Renegade Rock & Roll where Beau’s songs have earned him #1s on the Texas Regional Radio Charts for his co-writes on “Bad” and “Running”. Having produced and written for rock, soul, pop, and country acts, Bedford’s versatility is unique among native Texan producers.

Most recently, Beau traveled to work at historic FAME studios with The Roomsounds, where legendary producer Rick Hall worked with greats Arethra Franklin, Otis Redding, Wilson Picket, Duane Allman and many others. The experience has led to many more open doors, enabling the artists Beau works with to have access to studios and engineers all across America.
